Shipping and returns
  • All orders will ship within 3-10 business days. Drop offs are Tuesday's and Friday's 

 

  • All sales are final. But if you would like to exchange your order I am happy to help. Costumers are responsible for shipping cost in exchange. However if there is damage or missing items, I am happy to help. You will have 1 week to report damaged or missing item. So please inspect orders and I will be happy to help

 

  • I ship worldwide and shipping costs may vary. I offer two shipping options: 1 no tracking, or 2 fully tracking. No tracking means that I am not responsible for missing or lost order. The fully tracking is more costly, but a safer option 

 

  • I mark my order as gift, so you will has as little cost with taxes as possible. But some taxes may accour

 

  • I use Norwegian post office to ship my orders. Shipping time will vary depending on package size, holidays and locations. Domestic (Norwegian ) shipping will take about 1-3 weeks. International shipping will take about 3-12 weeks

 

  • You will receive an email when your order is sent from me

 

  • All buyers are responsible to check if their information is updated. So dobble check that shipping details are correct. Please contact me immediately if you notice any mistakes, and I will have the possibility to correct it before shipping. If you have received shipping email, it is to late for me to correct it
